TIP Press for fruit hydraulic 20l

For greater comfort when pressing. By using a smaller car jack (not included in the delivery), you can press without effort.

The press basket made of beech wood is placed on a steel base completed with a plastic bowl. The base of the basket is securely mounted on the frame of the press. A car jack (max. 2 tons) is placed on the frame under the basket. Using the car jack, we lift the entire basket against the press plate located adjustably in the upper arm of the press frame.

Procedure: Place the jack under the basket. We unfold the arm with the pressing plate. Fill the press with crushed fruit, lower the arm back and press down the pressed fruit with the pressing plate. We secure the pressing plate with a pin. (we placed a must container under the press). With several pulls of the lever, we gradually raise the basket. As soon as the must flows out, stop lifting and wait. We repeat the process several times. It is not advisable to apply maximum pressure at once, but gradually increase it.
